Our Goals & What We Deliver
•As a Consultancy, we strive to be no cost to your business. Our focus is to add value, improve quality & hence improve footfall, customer satisfaction, repeat business & allow you to justify your current or increased pricing. We will be striving to reduce your costs, show you how to be efficient & introduce practices, purchasing strategies, labour scheduling, management strategies, & documentation to enhance your efficiency & profitability.
•We aim to be clear & concise with fact based & numeric advice . We strive to eliminate or minimize those often accepted “variable factors” that are often held up as greenkeeping or maintenance norms. Why are you still using temporary greens? Do you really need to restrict trolley use? What are the real implications of play in poor weather conditions & can you mitigate against them? Can you perform your “major” turf renovation practices out of season to allow your members & customers to play in the early & main season without disruption to your surfaces? Can you perform routine turf maintenance in a way that does not impact upon play? These items do have an effect your customer satisfaction & income.
•We can be as involved in as many aspects of your course maintenance functions as you require & for any length of period. We can introduce integrated systems that allow you to manage your course efficiently. Our documentation can be used to replace all of the “subscription service” packages that many clubs use for free as one of our clients.
•We can work onsite by daily, half day & hourly rates. We have set fees for services such as course auditing, we can work remotely with hourly rates for video meetings or bespoke documentation preparation.
•Ultimately, we can set you on a path to efficiently manage your maintenance. If you then need us less, we will have done our job.
